One-To-One Coaching

Presentation Skills

It is understandably very difficult for some people to stand in front of colleagues and deliver a good presentation. It requires a huge amount of confidence, and that's where we come in. During our one-to-one sessions our leaders will help you with all the important aspects of good presenting skills. We will focus on eye-contact, vocal expression, posture and body language, and above all, help you combat nerves and fight the fear of solo-speaking.

Interview Technique

Interviews can feel like a huge obstacle between you and your dream job and we come across so many people who say they ‘don’t interview well.’ We are here to tell you that it’s much easier than you think and with a few one-to-one sessions we will have you going in with confidence and coming out skipping! Our team of trained actors will conduct an initial consultation in order for us to gather all the information we require. We will then discuss and practice good interview technique before staging a ‘mock-interview’ where we will role play a few interviews for you to practice a few different scenarios you might face. With feedback from the experience and plenty of practice the real thing will be a doddle.

LAMDA Examinations

LAMDA is now the largest examination board of Speech and Drama examinations. Their exams help improve standards in communication through the spoken word and encourage an appreciation for literature and drama. Absolutely anyone can complete a LAMDA course and our team of trained specialists offer one-to-one or small group coaching sessions.
